About Shipping

1. Order Processing and Shipping

Orders (after payment confirmation) are usually shipped within 3 to 5 business days.

However, as our products are handmade by artisans, shipping times may vary depending on production and stock availability. We appreciate your understanding.

(Excluding Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, and New Year holidays)

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

2. Domestic Shipping (within Japan)

Shipping costs are included in the displayed prices. We cover the shipping fees, so no additional shipping charges will be incurred.

3. International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries and regions. Whether payment for customs duties and other import-related fees is required after purchase depends on the shipping destination.

• Shipping Carrier: FedEx / DHL / JapanPost, depending on the destination
• Shipping Cost: Automatically calculated on the checkout screen based on the destination country/region and the weight of the ordered items.
• Free Shipping Conditions (International): International shipping is free for orders totaling $300 USD or more.
• Shipping Destinations (alphabetical order): America, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, Vietnam, etc.

4. Important Notes on International Shipping (Customs Duties and Taxes)

For shipments to the EU and the UK, import VAT, customs duties, and customs clearance/advance payment fees charged by the shipping carrier are not paid at the time of purchase. After purchase, you will be notified by the shipping carrier before or upon delivery, and payment will be required to receive the product.

For destinations other than the EU and the UK, applicable customs duties, import taxes, and customs clearance fees are calculated and settled at the time of purchase under current shipping settings, so generally, no additional payment to the shipping carrier is required after purchase.

The amount of import fees and the timing of billing vary depending on the destination country/region and the discretion of the shipping carrier.

5. Important Notes Regarding Delivery

About the Shipping Address

Please ensure that the address you provide when placing your order (including postal code, country, and phone number) is accurate. If delivery is delayed or returned due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for the reshipment costs.

About P.O. Boxes

Due to carrier regulations, we generally cannot accept P.O. Box addresses for international shipping destinations. Please provide a physical address.

About Refused Delivery / Long-Term Absence

If an item is returned to us due to refusal of receipt by the customer or long-term absence, we may take the following actions:

• Refund the amount minus round-trip shipping costs and handling fees.
• Charge separately for the cost required for re-delivery.

Import fees calculated and settled at the time of purchase are generally not eligible for a refund. For shipments to the EU and the UK, import fees paid to the shipping carrier after purchase are handled by the shipping carrier and local authorities, and we cannot issue refunds. International return shipping costs and related fees can be substantial.
